We are revitalizing the Riggs Park and the Manor Park business corridors by retaining historic businesses, attracting new businesses, and creating a stronger small business presence to help keep the neighborhoods desirable places to live, work, and play.

The Parks Main Street (TPMS) is a program of the Greater Washington Urban League Entrepreneurship Center, proudly part of the Department of Small and Local Business Development’s  DC Main Streets Program
