Family Therapist

 The Family Therapist will play a critical role in transforming and shaping the lives of Black fathers and their families by providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier family dynamics. This role involves conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each family. The Family Therapist will work closely with the fathers to address issues such as trauma, mental health disorders, substance abuse, and behavioral challenges. Additionally, the therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic support and progress tracking. Strong therapeutic skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work with diverse family structures are essential for success in this role. 

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

Social Worker Assistant

 The Social Worker Assistant will assist in providing support to individuals, families, and communities through direct practice and programmatic activities, under the supervision of licensed social workers and program managers. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in case management, client assessments, and the development of intervention plans. The Social Worker Assistant will participate in facilitating support groups, conducting community outreach, and assisting in the delivery of social services, particularly for vulnerable populations. The role also includes engaging in ongoing learning and development, while contributing to the organization’s mission of empowering individuals and families. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to social justice, a desire to grow in clinical social work practice, and an interest in working with diverse communities. 

Salary: $20/hour (part-time)

Lead Mental Health Therapist

The lead therapist will provide intensive clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults with identified behavioral health diagnoses. The Lead therapist will assist with the specific mental health needs of the identified client as they relate to their diagnosis. In addition, services are provided using client-centered and family-centered approaches and delivered through intensive, time-limited, and goal-specific interventions.

Salary: $70,000-$80,000

Lead Service Coordinator - Career MAP

The Lead Service Coordinator will spend much of their time in the office on a Hybrid Schedule, completing their daily programmatic requirements and tasks and leading their team of Service Coordinators. The Lead Service Coordinator will also support their assigned caseload/members directly while coordinating the overall care of each assigned individual head of the household and their family members. This role requires leading a team while providing guidance and oversight of program service delivery. Some administrative duties are aligned with this role based on the request of your assigned team, their assigned members on their caseload, and/or on their behalf. This role also requires the ability to assess members’ individual and family needs and maintain support for all members of the household not limited to linkage to the available services and resources. This role requires facilitating member/client services. Particularly ensuring better member and family outcomes, better compliance with sound advice, and better member self-management. This role is responsible for the wellbeing of every member and their families residing in their household and further includes guidance through the processes and regulations related to their individual and family cases while adhering to typical duties.​

Salary: $68,000 – $70,000

Service Coordinator - Career MAP

The Service Coordinator will spend much of their time in the office on a Hybrid Schedule, completing their daily programmatic requirements, and tasks, and supporting their assigned caseload/members directly, while coordinating the overall care of each assigned individual head of the household and their family members. This role requires the ability to assess members’ individual and family needs as well as maintaining support for all members of the household not limited to linkage to the available services and resources. This role requires facilitating member/client services. Particularly ensuring better member and family outcomes, better compliance with sound advice, and better member self-management. This role is responsible for the wellbeing of every member and their families residing in their household, and further includes guidance through the processes and regulations related to their individual and family cases while adhering to typical duties.

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
