Generation Program
The GWUL has expanded Workforce Development through an evolving partnership with Generation, a global inaugural program of McKinsey Social Initiative (MSI). Generation is a program dedicated to closing the young adult skills gap, and is the first program of the MSI, an independent non-profit founded by McKinsey & Company. Generation works with the GWUL to recruit candidates, design and deliver a 4-12 week “boot camp” training program focused on technical, behavioral and foundational skills, and to track the return on investment for both employers and young people.
