Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program

In 2008, the Tenant Based Rental Assistant Program paid the rents, late fees and legal fees for 300 individuals and families living with HIV and AIDS in the District, Prince George’s, Calvert and Charles Counties in Maryland. The D.C. Department of Health provides funding for the program, which is administered by the Housing Division.
